Questions in Laser Lithography

• When Scan Mode is set to 1, the MoveStageX and MoveStageY commands do not work. If we write the structures using the Linear stage and at some point we switch back to the "ScanMode 0" and then use "MoveStage X" or "MoveStage Y", do we need to specify the absolute values or the relative value from the last position of the linear stage??
