When Scan Mode is set to 1, the MoveStageX and MoveStageY commands do not work. If we write the structures using the Linear stage and at some point we switch back to the "ScanMode 0" and then use "MoveStage X" or "MoveStage Y", do we need to specify the absolute values or the relative value from the last position of the linear stage??

In Scanmode 1 the Movestage Commands don't make any sense. All coordinates are specified as absolute coordinates with the origin in the substrate center. You can use MovestageX or MovestagY, but it won't shift your structures. Use the XOffset and YOffset commands to shift your structures!

When you switch back to Scanmode 0 the Movestage commands work as usual. Note that the movestage is now performed from the last position of the stage, means from the line-end of your last line written with the stage!
