There are two types of perfect shape: The basic PerfecShape which is always switched on. This adjusts the laser power at line ends and at line starts. The PerfectShape which is accessible via the command PerfectShape. This PerfectShape feature allows for avoiding roundish corners even at high writing speeds. The piezo is then slowed down at the corners of the structures and reacclelerated at the rest of the structure. For the acceleration and the deceleration procedure the first PerfectShape feature settings are used!

  • AccelerationTime: The time during which the laserpower is adjusted at the beginning of a line
  • DecelerationTime: The time during which the laserpower is adjusted at the ending of a line
  • Acceleration: The Polynome which is used for the adjustment of the laserpower at the beginning of a line
  • Deceleration: The Polynome which is used for the adjustment of the laserpower at the ending of a line
