If the tilt measurement is done for the stage mode, the larger area is considered. Later we do a tilt measurement for the piezo stage area of 300um*300um at some specific point and correct the tilt only for the piezo stage. Now if we switch back to stage mode. and perform tilt correction in the stage mode, which measurement will be considered for correction of the tilt, the measurement of the piezo area or the measurement performed earlier for the stage mode?

GWL Scripting:
Hi Nanoscribe, I have two questions: 1: can you make loops, e.g. for loops, in a GWL script, if you want to make several identical layers above each other. 2: How does the AddZOffset command work? I tried it in some embedded GWL files (to define the base line in the outermost file) but it seemed to mess up. My exposure froze the first time it encountered the command, and the time evaluation was totally off. When replacing the AddZOffset commands with normal ZOffset the program worked. Hope you can shed some light on this :-)
